Machine used

The clinic says it uses a Diode laser and a Smartrion laser. The exact diode brand and model is not published.

Short review: Diode lasers are a common choice for hair removal because their longer wavelength reaches deeper into the follicle, and the clinic says its diode is suitable for all skin colors and effective on coarse hair such as the bikini area. Note that the Smartrion-Q device described on the same page is presented mainly as a pigment treatment laser, so the diode is the machine to ask about for hair removal.
